How effective is taking HGH & Steroids ? ... You still have to hit the ball squarely, don't you ? ... Cheating is cheating is cheating ...

That is my very point, using the chemicals to transform your body is just a small portion of what it takes to become great at what you do. My question is simply does the altered bat really make a difference? Or is this just something the slowpitch big hitters do, Thats where i could see the outcome of the game changing! Not with 10 to 14 year olds. So i question why someone would even bother.

I have also heard that Easton and some of the major bat companies have been taking lessons from the recording industry. They (Easton) have sucessfully sued players (I think these were men's league) for $100,000.00 each after a juiced bat was caught be used in a tourney.

It seems they sucessfully claimed damage and it had something to do with the ASA seal and company reputation.

Anyone else heard of this? Wow...not worth it...that's for sure !!

Here is a great link with loads of information !!

Actually, it was ASA that brought and won the lawsuit.

Looking stupid should be the least of your concerns. If you knowingly circumvent a safety rule and wind up seriously injuring a kid, you can pretty much say goodbye to every last asset that you have. Hell, even criminal charges are conceivable.

...or attractiveness.
