I have a 6 year old looking for a team to play on...***** will be 7 in July. Last year she played Short, accelerated to 1st this year. She has a good hand and swing.

This is why So Cal is better than everyone else in Softball.......Down here our girls have 2 good hands!

This truley is the reason why most teams outside Ca. cannot compete. There is no system in place to move players along and let them learn the game, before stepping into a more competative enviroment. Everyone wants to play SELECT or TRAVELBALL or should I say every parents wants to brag about the DD playing SELECT or TRAVELBALL. The softball in Texas is so watered down that when most of these teams get to a real tournament with multiple good to great teams they can't handle the every game grind. They have not been conditioned for it. They have been playing rec. teams with mostly rec. players. JMO

I agree ... There should be better programs for 2U & 4U so that when they get up to 6U there is some decent competition ...

Newsom will repeal many of the anti-smoking laws....though smokers will have to adjust to poles vs. tobacco products....
