Symbolic gesture? Watching a missle launch after repeated warnings and then...nothing? It's a symbolic gesture alright! One that says 'happy days are here again' for the Putins, Kims and Chavez and his wackos buddies to the South (see Brazil)...and Islamic radicals and Taliban who are nearing control of Pakistan...you know that little rinky dink country that just so happens to have a few nukes laying around.
