what are the hottest bats for the 09 season

My DD used the rocket techs. She loved the 04 and 05 models, but after 07 she complained that the old pop in the rk techs just wasnt there anymore. So we found and Easton Stealth scn4b and she fell in love with the bat and now its seen its final days and to be retired to some LL. I have looked for the purple and white Easton scn8b and there are none to be found. So I was hoping someone would know what bats are similiar to the pop those two bats have. She is not interested in the rocket techs anymore.

DD used to hit with 05 RT, had great response with it (yes, even as a slapper) but I got her the TZ last summer. She never felt comfortable with it (meaning she didn't hit well, nothing wrong with the bat) so she started using the teams stealth. Great bat, she loved it but it finally broke so she was stuck. She finally picked up the TZ again a few weeks ago in a tournament and had two hits almost go yard. Result, the TZ is her favorite bat now, funny how that works. After going though roughly 6 bats in 3 years I have finally determined that she can hit with anything, it's just mental for her. Once she gets it into her head that the bat is the problem, she thinks it's time for me to spend another $300 on a new bat. Not anymore!

I just ordered my DD a techzilla. I haven't seen very many used in my neck of the woods, but most everyone on HB seems to be impressed with them. Is $159.99 w/free shipping about what I should have paid for the 2009 model?

PS: Up here in NJ, we had 10" of snow Monday, but it's melting quickly....HS softball practice begins tomorrow and DD's middle school team starts on Monday.

Hey 3' dad,

Well our trip to NY took care of the northern schools. We liked the campus of Fordham, but we didnt care for the location. 3 of the Ivys are still talking to us, but her interest in the northern latitudes is waning....lol Her best friend is in her 3rd year at west point and she keeps telling Lannie about how cold it is up north............
I did find out on that trip that I am on the terrorist watch list........ That is another story in its self.........

There is a couple of schools that are following her and staying in touch that I like. One is very close and the other is about 4 hours away and all are in the south. She did early apply to Liberty University at the recommendation of the admissions office due to her grades and SAT scores. She contacted the coach and he requested schedules and film for this upcoming year.

So Im leaving it up to her as to where she wants to go. Me and my wife have a feeling that her P coach is wanting her to go to a school on the west coast. He has mentioned and done some things that leads us to believe that he is working out something for her. He wont come right out and say anything, but he has just made comments that makes u wonder what he is up too. So, we have her Jr. year this year to figure out what where and how.................

I just bought a RT off the clearance rack for $185 at Sport Chalet. Woo Hoo! Sorry AGameGal, I bought the last two from you but I just couldn't pass up this price.
