Why does it matter anyway? The weather won't be perfect wherever it is and that is the most important thing.

You claim to see the big picture and know ASA's strategy - prove it or back down.

How would you like me to prove it? What if I told you that yes, they are planning to move this event around year after year? What kind of proof would you want and why would I do it? I love seeing ASA taking these PGFers by surprise. It's really not ASA's intentions but it has became a past time of mine to watch. Why would I screw that up...

I just want to see you put something out ahead of time to show you really have some inside info. Without that, you're full of BS.

The Arrogant Softball Assn has been flailing around since the inception of PGF to first maintain their stature and then to regain it. It has been comical to watch the missteps of the Keystone Kops while they scurry around. JO Cup was the second time in 4 years they announced a site without locking up the fields first. Oomps!

Again, it's no secret that ASA is planning to continue this but it could change. They will let you know and I don't know where you are getting this inside info crap but if I did I sure as hell wouldn't post it here. In the mean time carry on with the ever changing PGF, going back on everything they say, status quo.

LOL...I messed up nothing. Again, Who started?

I don't mess up. I'm not the one quoting someone in false pretenses whether it's a small oops or not. Still an oops for you. Hee hee

I think the PGF master needs his cup of coffee now. You better run along Igor and take it to him before you get a shellacking. Don't forget the breath mint...

Oh Battle. You are on the verge now. The glorious days of Nationals being held in Midland are surely making the comeback. Remind us again how small PGF is, how they are irrelevant.

They ASA vs PGF debate ended 3 years ago. Catch up buddy. Maybe start a new thread.

ASA is trying a few new things. Got that you are not going to let any cats out of the bag. Keep those surprises coming. That Team USA JO Olympic Cup was an awesome idea.

PGF can go to the bank on one thing. ASA will try many things. Listening to teams will never be one of them.

Did PGF listen to teams when they decided to make you stay in their approved hotels for their events? Or was this another money grab. PGF didn't do this at the inception because people would've seen them as just another "ASA." To be forced to stay at a hotel at an inflated rate is preposterous. Unless of course you're receiving the cash. Please answer this question for me, as well as how buddy's get their team a Premier berth even though they didn't finish close to high enough to be considered for an invitation. Oh, maybe that last question could be because that particular organization runs the Norcal qualifiers for PGF.... ;) So don't talk about how great this organization is when things like this are happening.

Primarily 14u are the teams I'm referencing. I still haven't had any of the diehard PGF supporters on this site answer the question regarding the hotel robbery. You see, PGF is no different than any of the other organizations they claim not to be. The more powerful they get, the more they over use the power they've gained. It's actually a big disappointment. You never know how people will function when they are given control, but their character will eventually surface. And that's what we are starting to see.

Looks like the host of the 14U PGF Qualifier were the Grapettes and they qualified. Are you maybe referring to a friend of the guy that runs PGF West that got an at-large bid?

BTW it's not unusual for PGF to give at-large berths to teams that host qualifiers. They have done this with the Irvine Sting here in So Cal since its inception I believe.

I don't qualify as a diehard PGF supporter so maybe I shouldn't answer your hotels question. I just call things as I see them. If I see something I think is BS I may or may not point that out, regardless of the perpetrator and whether I have agreed or disagreed with them on subjects in the past.

Fastpitch that's a fair post. I looked it up and yes its the PGF West Tourney host. To me that's a joke to allow that. Just my opinion, which means nothing....lol
