does this tournament move around year to year? THought it was in OK.

This is just the qualif. to go to OKC. This will be a tough tourney, strong teams and teams that can cause a upset.

Qualifiers move to different locations every year, but the HOF championship is in OK. City

This will be the BIG TOURNAMENT that ALL the top teams are in, about 10 of the 18 are used to winning the majority of the time!
