These guys either do what you are saying or they don't. Your opinion regarding whether they do it or not irrelevant. It is a question of fact....and you are incorrect. Your opinion that you are right doesn't change the fact that you are wrong.

In communications, verbal or written, these are known as 'declarations' and observations.
Declarations are based on proven facts. "It's hot in here and my thermometer now says it's 98 degrees," is an example of a declaration.
An obersvation would be, "It's hot in here." Well to other people, it may or may not be hot. The observation is based on personal opinion of how that individual is experiencing the event or conditions.
