No. Not only that, both seats were totally adequate for their purpose.

College is a great example. Let's say you have a baseball stadium and softball stadium with 100 seats. Baseball routinely draws 200 fans, softball 10 fans. Just to satisfy some whackjob utopian concept of fair would you ask the college to build a new softball stadium that hold 200 fans?

BTW: You can tell a frantic socialist trying to justify the situation when they stretch the concept to include ADA compliance and Lacrosse as legitimate valid non-governmental overreaching reasoning's. Except one fact. They are also governmental mandated overreaches.

Back in the real world, while it is nice to accommodate everyone, that all comes with a cost. The infinite pool of money to accommodate all utopia does not exist.

If you look at the comments following the Forbes article, one of teh Baseball Boosters puts the blame fully on the BOE.

Seems their lack of oversight when the stands were built led to too many issues(not code compliant, not ada compliant and a insurance liability) and they used the Title IX as a convenient excuse to rmove it(without conferring with any parents) AI- your criticisms would be better targetd at the Local BOE and AD-not the Feds(at least this time)

Paul Gilbert is definitely unhappy with the way the district resolved this, as you would expect from someone that was involved in the original project.

How about the comments suggesting the girls play on the baseball field?

Now that I think about it, I'm upset that the baseball field is about 50% larger than the softball field. In the interest of equality, should they scale the baseball field down or expand the softball field so they're the same size? As a pitcher's dad, you know which one I'd pick.
