Multiple 18G teams?

OK, riddle me this. How can one org have two 18G teams? Maybe I'm delusional about what Gold means(and yes, you can make the words say anything) but isn't it the cream of the crop?

That all depends on the Organization imo, how large it is and the players of course that are a part of it..

Very true, some org's have a thicker layer of cream.

If an org's secondary team(s) are better than other org's primary 'Gold' team - I'd question the status of the other orgs' teams...

It should not be restricted to just one gold team per org. If they can play to the level of other gold teams, they should be classified as such.
