Im not rooting against you, I just dont see how anyone beats OU. That drop to Chamberlin was a good pitch, but she still golfed it into deep center. How do you beat that? You walk her and the next one beats you.

I'm with you- I'm not rooting for OK either, and I don't see either how anyone beats OU - though its happened this year. I'm not against OK, I'm just enjoying the softball.

I hear ya. Low productivity when the games are on, so I started my day at 4:30 yesterday and today.

There are kids I have seen play TB on 7 of the 8 teams, so I find myself pulling more for individual performances. Loved seeing Emily Lockman pitch for Nebraska last weekend, and I swear I could hear Don yelling through the TV. With ASU it was locals Haley and Alix, although for some unknown reason I wanted to see Texas win.

The UT vs OU game I think will be entertaining. Luna should just plunk Chamberlin on the foot or throw behind her (which maybe the only pitch she cant hit out) every time she is up. I finally agreed with the announcers on something when they compared Chamberlin's fearless approach at the plate to that of Crstyl Bustos. I have ASU out of the losers bracket to face OU, but if Escobedo pitches the way she did yesterday, it will be over for ASU quickly.

With OU, I am in awe of how good they are individually and as a team, but I want Tennessee to win it all.

ASU would have to come all the way through the opposite loser's bracket in order to play Oklahoma in the championship series. Not likely to happen. Tennessee looked really good, but it's doubtful anyone will beat Oklahoma.

As for throwing behind LC, you better ask how many of your players want to get plunked by a Rickett's missile in return. Doubt there will be many takers.
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.

good point, although "plunked" may not be the word that applies to Ricketts' 70 mph pitch.

Yup.
And I was wrong, the Winner of ASU / Michigan would have to bet OK twice just to get to the Championship series. Just brutal.
