Anyhooooo, I've been out of the country for a few months. I got such a deal on this piece of property deep in the mountains that I could not pass it up. Since the bottom dropped out on super villain secret lairs in May of 2011 , I was able to snatch this baby up for a song. Been on sabbatical here since the deal closed. It's awesome. HGTV has even been in contact with me. They want to feature it on an episode of Extreme Homes but we are still in negotiations.

I heard there are many more of these hotspots available but they are very, very difficult to find. Here is what my real estate agent said about it....
