There should be a limit of "one" hammer a criminal can use during a crime. Being able to use multiple hammers to assault a person is ridiculous. Only qualified, trained carpenters should be able to use a hammer anyways. I am sure the carpenter's union will have an issue with the ban on multiple hammers.
