2011/12 is getting started soon....who are THE 12/11u teams?

by Likeitornot » Mon Jun 25, 2012 5:19 am

Indianaasa.org has all the scores posted. Looked like a good weekend. Who is going to Asa State this weekend? Any good rivalry matchups to be seen this weekend?

Team Energy is neither a 2000 nor a 99 team. I think I mentioned before they have 5 girls who are 12 , 5 who are 11, and one 10 year old
Way to go Harris heat and cp2000 on your one two finish in the northern state....

So maybe there a 1st year 12's , i wondered because all the competition seemed to
be quite younger at that so big of a tounament. [12u ASA/USA BERTH TO NATIONALS]

This type of tourny just proves that indeed there are to few ASA teams in Indiana..

So now who all got berths so far,,,Raiders earned there's at the HALL OF FAME complex in
oklahoma city.// Gators99 earned there's,// Bulldogs99 earned there's.// team energy got there's,//..thats [4]. so if atleast Raiders,Bulldogs99,Energy,play this weekend in crown point, that means that if the 1st year 12's sox or bulldogs 2000 come in atleast 4th place they will get a trickle down berth to nationals, and if gators99 show up,,one of those 2 teams can finish 5th and get there berth.

There were some very good games, as the scores show. Not sure where they got the 11-3 score for our 1st bracket game vs Energy, but that was a very good 3 or 4-1 ballgame.

Softballnut, you are correct in how the berth would be handed out. That is why in OH once you earn a berth you cannot play in another Qualifier. However, in the younger age groups we may not have a tournament if IN did that!

Out of these teams, what teams will be accepting the bid and heading to Moline?

The Indiana Raiders 99's will be attending the 2012 ASA/USA Tournament in Moline. Hotels are booked and ready.

The Bulldogs00 are playing ASA State this next weekend? From what I've heard, and seen on the NSA website, they are a NSA B ball club, or at least like playing B tourneys. If the berth does get trickled down to them, are they really going to go to Moline? Or just stay local play in the B world series?

BTW - it's "Theirs" see below

Their - relating to them or themselves especially as possessors, agents, or objects of an action
There - shows location, at a point, place, or stage
They're - Contraction = They are

You're welcome (Again, contraction meaning "you are")
