Anyone know the differences between the two? I know that NCAA is the big dog but just trying to figure out where NAIA fits in.

The upper level of NAIA schools would probably fit in with low Div I and top Div II schools on the field.

As one example, Cal Baptist in Riverside, CA has been an NAIA softball powerhouse for some time. They moved to NCAA Div. II this year and they are currently 34-6 overall, 17-4 in conference play.
