Pitching Coach found on Megan's Law Database-Ray Ramirez

by socalfan01 » Thu Dec 29, 2011 12:45 am

There are two types of listings in Megan's law. One is when a man has been with his girlfriend but basically the parents had an issues and turned the situation into authorities. When this happens, those people are listed under Meghan's law but only the officers can see it. Only law enforcement officers can view these, and they are not for the public to view.

The second situation is when a man has molested or does something to endanger the child. All of these cases are for public view. Therefore, if you can see it, he has done something a lot worse than being too old to date his girlfriend.

The fact that you went to him and he did not disclose that he was a Megan's Law offender, tells me something is even more fishy. He broke the law right then and there. If he is working with a minor, he must disclose his history. It is a mandated law.

Not only is this "Convicted Sex Offender" breaking the law by being around & instructing minors (girls & boys), but...as I hear it from past and present parents who take their kids to him.....He ask for payment in CASH? He is therefore breaking the law again by circumventing taxes and NOT claiming income!

He is secretive about his past criminal record, he is hiding his income from the IRS , State of California , He has NOT i'm sure told the Long Beach Parks & Recreation Department that he runs a business on Public Parks as a Convicted Child Molester!

This individual is shady , secretive, creepy, and should NOT be allowed to conduct lessons of any kind with minors!

Report this and everything to:

Local Police
Long Beach Parks & Recreation
IRS
State of California Franchise Tax Board
Labor department
State Board of Equalization

Parents Beware... A sex offender is a sex offender for life! (Once a pervert always a pervert) JMO

Do you know for a fact that there is a court order for him not to be around minors. This is not always true for those convicted of sex offenses. You should know your facts before you make statements. Maybe it's true and maybe it's not.

Doh...beat me to that.

Ya'll keep sending your DD's and keep telling us how great he is. Gawd...it NEVER FAILS some just don't get it until it is too late. Call it human nature to trust one another or just call it straight up stupid. Whatever your deal is, stop and listen to what others are saying, remove yourself from the situation (and personalities), and ask yourself what advice YOU would give to a friend who came to you with a question like this.

Think about it.

If you are so concerned with reporting this, since you have all the information.... report it yourself.

However if parents are staying then it is not a violation. In reality most offenses against children occur by family members not those in the community. It is typically a father, stepfather, uncle, grandfather, older brother etc. Not that I am trying to advocate for this person but working with victims 5 days a week for over 35 years I see the statistics and typically we see that it is family members 90% of the time.
