Bushnell velocity question

I have a bushnell velocity. Not sure how old it is, but it doesnt seem to be working correctly. Has anyone ever dealt with Bushnell customer service. I am going to call them tomorrow to see about getting this thing checked out, but wanted to reach out to the heybucket faithful for some insight as to what to expect. Anyone?
