Dose anyone have a good Pitch Tracking template they can share?? Or know of a good resourse where I can find one.

Here are some files I collected over the years.
Unfortunately, when I tried to refer to them while I was calling pitches, it required my brain to function at a higher level than it was able to, so I never really used them.
Probably why I stopped coaching when I did...
