Laguna Niguel mother and homemaker Kathia Maria Davis, 44, was arrested at her home Sept. 14 and is facing charges of having sex with at least two members of the youth hockey team on which her son plays, authorities said today.

"She is facing charges of unlawful sex with a minor and lewd acts with a child," said Orange County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino.

She was released after posting $25,000 bail.

Amormino said the first victim is a male under 16 years old and someone she has allegedly been having relations with for more than 18 months.

"These are incidents that are always embarrassing for the families and disgusting acts," Amormino said.

Amormino said there is also a second victim, who may have been 14 years old when the alleged acts occurred.

"The second victim said he cannot recall at what age he was at the time," Amormino said. "There may be a third victim and possibly even more."

Both boys had been members of a youth hockey team called Beach City Lightning, Amormino said.

The first victim told his mother about the alleged sexual contact last week. The mother immediately called the Sheriff's Department, Amormino said.

He said Davis is divorced and has kids.

"Her complaint is that Davis was holding parties and providing minors with alcohol at her home," Amormino said.

Davis made bail hours after her arrest now faces a possible bail enhancement because there may be additional victims, Amormino said.

He said Davis is presently awaiting a court date.

good looking" - She's a f&*^%%scumbag molestor. Would anyone in their right mind
say this about a male predator/molestor as if this somehow negates the act itself?

I think back to when I was 14. I hung with a pretty tough crowd. I do not think any of those guys would have been worse for the wear had they run into someone like this lady. They spent way too much time and effort trying to find the 16/17/18/19/20/21 yr old version of her. I do not think it occurred to them to think about 44 year old women, or they would have spent time on that as well.

Still this woman should be treated like her male counterparts. As you point out, it can be just as damaging to boys as it is to girls. Especially, if it involved unwilling or coerced participants.

Just that I have a hard time, based on my experiences growing up in America in the late 70's, saying when it happens to a boy it is just as bad as when it happens to a girl.

just so you know boys suffer at later points in life..usually they have long term difficulties
with substance abuse, self-injury, suicide ( boys suicide attempts are usually more
"successful" than girls) depression, rage, and later much more abusive relationships with
women.

moms and their ds. I get the macho mentality of"hi-fivin" "gettin some"- Just sayin, look
a little deeper, she's a scumbag, the boys ARE victims, they WILL be psychologically
