Bringing the PAC 10 conference to Texas!! You’ve seen University of Arizona in the Women’s College World Series year in and year out, and now University of Arizona Wildcat, Callista Balko, is bringing her expertise to the Houston area. Arizona native, Balko and Texas A&M graduate, Amanda Scarborough aim to make your catcher or pitcher better on the mound or behind the plate. Also, come learn a west coast approach to hitting from Balko as she presents new approaches to the swing to add to our Texas way. Coached under the helm of arguably the best coach in softball at the University of Arizona, Balko was mentored and coached by him for four years at UA. The most important relationship on the field is between the pitcher and the catcher on the team. This camp will offer time to hone your individual catching and pitching skills, as well as “battery” time where the pitching/catching battery learn new ways to work together, communicate and truly work as one unit.
