Blues Unite......Please for goodness sake

You're out in my world too, NoNo. I don't care if you did learn this from the California umpires this past year. I also don't care if absolutely none of the umpires remotely acted like they were going to call your runner out, and that they actually explained to the other coaches why your runner was safe. Stop being pig headed about this. Time to let it go. The umpires have united (and it appears to be correctly) against this play. Hey, I'm just busting chops here. NoNo, yours for...well...who you are. And the umps because everyone so far has been absolute in how they would deal with the call, and yet, for the past two years in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Oregon I have not ran into any of these umps.
Ice cream?! When the f**k did we get ice cream?!

Listen bunny rabbit, All due respect (because Ricky Bobby says you are allowed to say anything you want after you give that respect), I posted this in the umpire corner just for this reason. I am tired of listening to dads sitting on buckets calling thier own dd's pitches because they think no one else can coach thier precious princess. I wanted an expert opinion. If I want any sh*t out of you I'll rip your head off and dip it out of your neck.

THAT JUST HAPPENED!!!!!

what level is this happening in?

12U rec league? 10U B ball?

What is the concern? You should be praying a runner does this. Get her out, even if the umpire isnt paying attention or doesnt know the rules, this should be the easiest out ever.

How many times is this being done to you guys that you guys are seeing it not called over and over?

This is amazing.

Wade, it was done to us last year. We thought that we learned something new. We've actually been the team doing this this ever since and have never been called for it. The age is 12U travel ball. I'm busting my partner's chops, but we just want to know before nationals so that we don't look like horse's rears trying to argue a losing point.

yeah, you could lose a very important runner trying this at nationals. Big time tournaments have big time umpire evaluations going on... things are much different at the umpire level. Be careful with BS like this. Its a losing argument.

It is amazing Wade. You wouldn't believe how many infields and coaches don't even notice until the BR is almost to 2nd. I think the reason we have been so successful with it is that no one realizes what happened until she is there. If blue doesn't see what happened until she is touching 2nd, how can he make a call either way. I guess we need to abandon this play now that it matters and we're moving up after nats?? Thanks again,
