What if pitcher is standing on rubber,allowing walked batter to take 2b.But R1 is hanging off 3b.How long can R1 stay there while walked batter takes 2b and pitcher is standind on the rubber facing the catcher?

Pitcher has ball and BR is heading to 2B and no play?
Long enough for me to think "I'm gonna call you out".. by the time I say out, my hands are coming up with the Dead ball.

To clarify, the rules state that once the BR has attained first, the LBR is in effect in the situation you provided.
