Per the Tournament Director

Due to the feedback we have received from coaches and teams all across the country, we have stepped back and reevaluted the decision to shorten the 2008 12-Under Hall of Fame Tournament. After reevaluating the situation we have decided to play the tournament out as near to completion as we can. This will be difficult with the number of games involved in a full 26 team bracket, but we will get a clear Champion and all teams will get at least 3 games.

Thanks to everyone for their efforts to play out the tourney. This change coupled with the opportuntity to watch USA Team play two games will be well worth the trip.

How will all teams get at least 3 games?

I believe they run a modified double elim where if you lose your first games you get to play one more in the losers bracket

So its 3E if you loose your first 2 games and 2E if you win one of your first 2 games?
