There are a couple of places I go by fairly often on the freeway that have those big "American Recovery Act" "Putting America to Work" etc etc signs... and a few orange cones on the shoulder... and no construction at all. For over 6 months now.
Seems the only people getting any work out of the deal might be those making the signs!
