Right hander toeing the pitchers plate with her left foot.
Takes her sign and without a pause she steps on the pitchers plate with her right foot and proceeds to pitch.
Only pause is when she toes the pitchers plate with her left foot while taking her sign.
I am curious if you have to have the other foot on the pitchers plate to take a sign (right foot for a right handed pitcher)??
Also if you can toe the rubber with the left foot (if you area right handed pitcher) if you have to come to a pause once your right foot touches the pitchers plate?
