DIII predictions are tough because most of the teams really don't know each other and there is not the National exposure you see at the DI level. You wind up basing it much on like-opponents. Tournament should be fun

In the Ithaca Regional yesterday, The Washington College Shorewomen upset #2 seed Utica College late yesterday afternoon 11-6 in 9 innings. The Shorewomen face #3 seed Lebanon Valley this afternoon, who beat Penn State - Berks 7-0.

In another upset in Ithaca, #8 seed Western Connecticut State defeated #1 St.John Fisher 5-3.

# 4 Cortland State defeated #5 seed TCNJ 11-4.
