Gold/Silver/Bronze ?

I like to know if L.A. Tournaments have a Gold/Silver/Bronze brackets in their tournaments? Maybe that's way NorCal is so watered down? TD want all the kids and parents feel like champions instead of being a true A-Ball tournament. Put the teams together in one bracket and eliminate teams maybe than will the parents see that the team their on, might not be the best thing for their kid.. Memorial Day brackets are a joke!
