PLAY FOR PINK - Parent & Coach Tournament Challenge

Ever watch your kids on the field and think, man if only I could trade places with them today??? Well your chance is here!!!! Sacramento ASA is hosting a Slow Pitch tournament that will feature the ultimate role reversal!

The parents and coaches will play, the kids will coach and cheer from the dugout and stands!

Just think! Your kids could talk to you for the 30 minute car ride home about how you played and grill you on why you struck out, missed a sign or didn't slide!

We are organizing a special event tournament to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness. The event is kind of unique. It is a tournament designed for the parents and coaches of our youth travel teams. The idea is for the parents and coaches to play and the kids to coach, keep score and cheer from the stands. The tournament will be coed slow pitch so both moms and dads can get in on the action.

The tournament will be October 28th at Maidu Park in Roseville. 100% of proceeds will be donated. Please visit our website at http://www.teamsideline.com/gssa

Great job today Cassi and the crew at GSSA. Our parents had a ton of fun and the girls loved coaching. A great event for a great cause! I would however like to protest our Tie against the Hype I believe they had shaved bats and might have had a few recruited ringers!

For those of you who missed the action this is a must attend next year for you, bring your aspirin your gonna need it. Hopefully Line Drive Louie was there watching so we can get some rankings

Sorry I missed the action. My daughter was playing this weekend. I talked with a few and it sounds like it was a good time though.

Thanks Jamie! I think it was a great 1st year and we can't wait for next year! We got great feedback and we will be adding a massage chair for next year so the parents can get some sore muscles worked on between games! We will also be bringing some icy hot and advil to have on hand! LOL.
