Thanks 6to4to3 I'm trying to figure out what teams are going to be in Metros. Our team isn't trying to qualify for PGF. South Dakota, if we do qualify for ASA Nationals, is too far to drive and a place where flights just don't go on sale. If I cave and switch to Miller Light and recycle the cans I will save enough to go. I got this!

My understanding is the PGF berth goes to the coach and not the team. So the coach of 96 Breeze (which qualified last year based on their finish) gets the berth. Now that the coach is part of the 98 Breeze staff, they now get the berth.

That is interesting.....Coaches wanted! Extra ca$h if you have a PGF berth in your pocket!

Checking the breeze web site it looks as if the 96 coach last year has a daughter on the 98 team.

A great showing by NorCal at the firecrackers Mothers day classic! Sorcerers finished 3rd and Smash 98 beat Firecrackers in the championship 5-4. God job ladies!!!!!!!

Truly great teams recover, learn from losses and go on to be winners. TC Smash 98 did that this weekend with a huge win. Congrats Smash players and coaches !!!!

Indeed a huge win. Especially for NorCal. For a few years our daughters so cal competitors have dominated the field but as we see the tides can change! Smash topping over the beastly firecrackers '98 vs '98 and According to brackets, Sorceres faced many of the so cal teams and persevered.
Congrats ladies!

Like I alluded to in one of my earlier posts, the best players and coaches are smart enough to realize there is always something to learn. They know the game and teams they play. They are not static and they make adjustments.
A very impressive win by Smash 98, especially after some were so quick to write them off. Nice job by Sorcerers too, for taking on some of Socal’s finest.
Great job by all the Norcal teams for going down south and playing hard.
