Who does the '00 team have that could beg for the final PGF spot?

Doubt they had to beg or call in favors.

KG 00 qualified for ASA Nationals like many others who were invited. On top of that they played well every time they traveled outside of Nor Cal. I would say they deserve a spot.

As a young team in the age group ASA Westerns makes sense. (If I remember correct) As a first year team if you place high enough at Westerns (I think top 2) you get an automatic berth for ASA Nationals the following year. I do not believe as a 2nd year team that berth goes up with you to the next age group, so unless it is pretty close like this year or you are just going to go, Westerns does not make a lot of sense as a 2nd year team.

Correct on the top 2 and incorrect on taking berth up. ASA allows teams to take berths up within Class A and PGF does not. See ASA JO Berth Report for examples.

The "No More Magic" had another dismal weekend going 0-3-1 and getting beat by a 2001 team the LTG Lions! Good job Lions....BTW anyone heard from MagicMike lately????

The "No More Magic" just won their second tournament in the last two weeks before heading off to PGF.....BTW anyone heard from Chango15 lately?

I was just going to say that he/she changed their name to norcalballer123 but they replied too fast!
Its funny how they all talked crap about your team qualifying for PGF through the losers bracket, then they all failed and got invites. So if Mike really wanted to stoop to a lower level he would bag on your teams for taking a handout!

If you represent an org and go on here to reply to the crazy remarks by chango, that is pathetic. Lady magic won a mediocre tourney last week and a friendly format tourney today where they determined seeding by drawing a ping pong ball with a number on it. pretty sure they didn't beat everybody up yesterday to earn that firsr round bye. Just keep dreaming and let us know when you win a tourney that means something to someone other than funpolice

Magic Mike, I don't even know where to start. Your job is to run your organization which has earned a great reputation over the years and not your mouth here on Heybucket!! Let the girls who wear the jersey with "Lady Magic" across their chest do the talking on the dirt where it belongs.

We, the bucket, have always had great respect for the Lady Magic Organization whether our kids have played there or not and know that many great athletes have come from that org. But, with your continued immaturities you are basically losing credibility as a true "president" of a great organization.

I know that I have spoken to another Magic parent who also wishes at times that you would just sit back and let the girls play and leave the smack talk to the parents if that's what they so desire to do.

Run your org not your mouth! Just my tip of the day! (No charge by the way)

You got me huh LM......not sure what you are talking about. I have no idea who Chango is, just enjoying the cheap entertainment of your bantering back and forth for the last 6 months. Bet the LM org is proud of you. I have no issues with your team Chester, I am not even from the Sac area. We don't post on heybucket from our car in the parking lot after our "big wins" to inform all how wonderful we are.
We don't need to tell anybody how great our team is, we just consistently show it on the field and then people just know...... Good luck in So Cal. Stop by for a drink if you have a free minute.
