Nor Cal To Play Softball in Italy "America's Team"

What a great opportunity!!! I am sure this will be a chance of a lifetime and what a great time for all involved.

Kelly Jackson and Keri Casas will be taking a team to Italy this summer, July 23-30, 2012. We will play local Italian teams and represent "America's Team" as we begin travel from Milan and end our touring in Rome. We will also be provided a tour guide and bus as we experience what Italy has to offer.
***Entering 9th grade-Signed (graduated) high school athletes only

Try-outs are December 10, 2011
Pitchers and Catchers: 10-11am
All Positions: 11-1pm

All positions are available.

Am I reading this wrong, my wife says im easily confused... So kids "entering 9th grade already signed-committed graduated", man oh man am i confused... First 9th graders are not signed unless they changed the NLI rule, even so how many 9th graders in NorCal are even committed to a school, I know of ZERO, so who the heck they really looking for????

The way I read this they are looking for a 9th grader who is graduated from HS and signed, man we are talking about the prodigy of the century, 14yr old HS graduated and signed!

Someone help a dummy plz

I read it to be the range of eligible athletes is from 9th grade through HS. No 8th graders, no college age players

I am by no means sticking up for them, but I believe it says age ranging from 9th graders to(-) signed graduated.
My wife also says I am easily confused too, so I could be wrong.

WHOA!!! Just checked the Mizuno All American web site and GUESS who the new 18Gold Head Coach is? YES! the lady wanting to take 9th-12th grade kids to Italy this summer . Does this smell to you or a new trick to get players out to your 18G tryouts

I love when the uneducated speak... The Mizuno 18g team was almost completely full prior to the Italy tryouts even being announced.

Obviously they pushed that really hard in an effort to fill both teams since there was never any mention of the fact KJ was coaching the 18g team anywhere until you happened to come across it on the Mizuno website.

I think I ask if this was a new way to get players I guess I refused the Kool-Aid so I don't believe everything that comes out of her mouth. She runs a school that can,'t keep instructors and used her J.O. Job to peddle her business while a hard working lady Cassie Rogers did her job. So who is uneducated I guess I'm guilty as I passed on the Kool Aid

Not like the best players in NorCal are gonna go anyway. They all play for Sorcerers, AASA, & Lady Magic. I highly doubt any of those girls will be making the trip. There`s a reason they don`t play for Ms. J.
