Normally I wouldn't respond to these posts but enough is enough. All this negativity is not doing anyone a bit of good. Lady Magic bears no ill will towards any team. Softball is a small community and everybody pretty much knows everybody. Most of us know each other and actually look forward to seeing each other at tournaments on the weekends. The girls seem to all get along. Most of these girls have known each other since recball and are still friends to this day. We (parents) should all take a lesson from them and realize, hey it's just a game. We can be competitive and emotional during the game and still be friends afterwards.

The Lady Magic 14U congratulate our sister softball players on the Breeze and wish them nothing but success. You are this years' metro champions and as such will be the ambassadors representing Sacramento. Do us all proud at nationals girls but most of all have fun!! We'll be cheering you on!

Lady Magic played a helluva tournament. They had a tough loss on Friday night and immediately dropped to the loser bracket. That forced them to play, like, 19 games on Saturday and Sunday which they did and won all but the last one.

Sure, they weren't at their peak at times in recent weeks but they have some quality players and the coaches are great. THey played tough all day Saturday and Sunday and even when they played TNT in the last game, they immediately jumped out 3-0 and it looked like things were over but TNT managed to come back late for the win.

Not a thing they should be upset about - they played great and represented their organization well. Kudos to them all !
