May have to add 02s to the watchlist now. Mizuno All American had 10u tryouts already and now they are asking for a coach to take a 10u team.

The Mizuno All-American softball organization is looking for a 10U head coach to join the organization.

The position needs to be filled quickly to ensure tryouts and practice can begin before the start of Spring season. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Kelly at All-American at 916-374-1907.

This Coach Allen might have been the smartest coach to ever walk through the door of All American and maybe just maybe the quickest to quit in history. It takes most coaches at least 2 years to figure out how the money wagon works...

Wonder what happened with Coach Allen??? Was it the monthly fee per player, the mandatory lessons... I mean conditioning for the team over the winter, the money taken off the top of all fund raisers or did Coach Allen just not buy the BS that was being sold in West Sac. Congrats on getting out early.

Sometimes you get smart and lucky at the same time. Once the real numbers came in to the parents they probably had a real hard time understanding why so many of their dollars were going away from team expenses. Now the once great "Mizuno All American" franchise has no 02 coach and no 03 prospects.

Jackson should've made Conrad a better offer!

You're right noncrazynorcal. I dont think Conrad and Gary get along, so that was probably the reason - Money before common sense, right? Does anyone know much about this new Monarchs club? It will be interesting to watch as Conrad brings a lot of coaching to the 10u level, much like Garcia at TC. The Breeze has to be the hands-down favorite as well as the Foothill Gold. Comments?

It'll be interesting to see whether ILB's leadership impacts Conrad's style. Monarchs got some pitching talent I heard, but it's been a while since he had so many fresh from rec players. The knowledge and experience are there.

If they have success and those kids learn the game and want to stay together after spring then I will be first to give ILB some of the credit. He is respected for a reason. Not everybody likes him, but he's a man of his word.

I hope Conrad commits to all the girls he selected and doesn't spend all spring trying to recruit more polished players from other teams for summer.

We know the Breeze will be strong and the team to beat, but OBS Monarchs will be the most interesting 02 team to watch.
