Sounds like they don't understand what fascism really is over at the Harvard Law Review. Maybe the NY inmates could teach them.

I agree totally with that list.. It is fine to disagree with what someone says, it is not so good when you try to prevent them from saying it. A free exchange of ideas and thoughts is what this country was founded on. The founding fathers had endless arguments and different opinions. Jefferson and Hamilton had some of the greatest.

Not sure if I would classify an entire college/university based on the warped and misguided ideas of a small, albeit loud minority

Their first 2 demands are for the Amherst President and the Chairman apologize for "our institutional legacy of white supremacy, colonialism, anti-black racism, ...". Hmm, I'd like to see their apologies since they're admitting culpability.

The Amherst group may be a minority of the student body - in more ways than one - however the pictures on Amherst Soul show a fairly large number of students. They can't be dismissed as insignificant like a handful can.

I am curious how many in the photo were "true believers" and how many were there for the event

Perhaps you should read - and understand - what's really happening instead of just posting an outdated provocative link. Due to incidents on their campuses (e.g. anti-Semitic), UC is attempting to comply with federal anti-discrimination law while protecting academic freedom.

- Regents reject intolerance statement

- The real problem with the University of California’s statement of principles against intolerance
