If a boy wears a dress to a private school, church or any non profit group and insists on using the girls' restrooms and locker rooms, you cant refuse without the threat of being shut down.

Ricardo Lara found enough dimocrats to elect him to office so now he is going to get back at all the mean people who bullied him as a gay youth (by hurting innocent kids). Really. SMDH.

Lara must really hate any organization that is wholesome and promotes decency and a work ethic in kids.

This is what progressive tolerance looks like: if you don't agree with us, we will eliminate you.

Great job Boy Scouts of America, you gave in and now they want it all. Concessions only breeds more concessions.

They have redefined "separation of church and state" to "elimination of church within the state"

These are the hate groups that SB 323 lists on the actual bill.

Little League, Bobby Sox, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Campfire, Inc., Young Men’s Christian Association, Young Women’s Christian Association, Future Farmers of America, Future Homemakers of America, 4-H Clubs, Distributive Education Clubs of America, Future Business Leaders of America, Vocational Industrial Clubs of America, Collegiate Young Farmers, Boys’ Clubs, Girls’ Clubs, Special Olympics, Inc., American Youth Soccer Organization, California Youth Soccer Association, North, California Youth Soccer Association, South, and Pop Warner football.

And this is just the start. With the massive budgetary woes the state has, these jokers are focusing on this?

Lots of folks don't care for the governor of our state for any number of reasons, but Chris Christie wouldn't stand for this silliness.

Perhaps that's why some think he should be in higher office.

I don't agree with everything Gov. Christie does, but NJ is certainly a better place and in better fiscal condition becuase he's in office.

IMHO,

I don't live in Cali (thank GOD), but does anyone from there think that beyond the butt hurt senator/congressman/whatever wanting revenge, that maybe some of the others are going along with him thinking that this may bring in more money to stop gap the financial issues in the California government? I totally think this is crap, but how much money do you guys think this would bring into the coffers? I can imagine that in Texas that would be a HUGE chunk of change....
