Camps...

DD gets personal invite to a Camp...OK

Been to the Cattle Call, gaggle disasters before...
But...she went, $500
About as organized as a riot...
cattle herd split into 8 teams...DDs 'team' had 17 players...17?
Had 3 at bats during the entire 3- 1.5hr scheduled games over the basically 3 day camp...played a total of 4 innings... roomed with a girl whose sole focus is what terms this area used for drug deals...*really*? Know most of their commits, wouldn't use them as pickups...
Current players A. Couldn't care less or B. Were more interested in a young ladies....uh...ummm...preference
Not judging, but that aint the place for that
Of course it was a cash cow trap...again...

Not saying all camps are bad...been to one at AL last year that was great, very well ran, girls had a BLAST...was very impressed with the logistics and planning...and being an old Army Mule, impressing me at those things isnt easy...and staff and coaches actually cared, and you cant hide that...and cant fake it.

If I'm STUPID enough to ever consider allowing my tax deduction to attend another Camp, I'm gonna post our plans so each of you can give me feedback on the Camps....and hopefully warn me its a Cattle Camp for $$$$$ and can verbally degrade me back to sanity....
