In a court of law - Two innocent people had a altercation and one ends up dead. Manslaughter at the very least (except Florida)

Morally - One adult with a gun aproaches a child without a gun a gets punched in the nose and then shoots to kill. I quess by Florida law he's innocent. It was not premeditated (unlike OJ) nor can you say he's a racist. You can say this man is an IDIOT. He will have to live with the fact he killed a child that was doing nothing legaly wrong when HE initiated the altercation. Since no witnesses saw the altercation start, it's hard for me to take the living mans word over the dead mans version. Zimmerman is a guy that felt empowered by owning a gun as many people do. He felt the gun made him a tough guy and gave him a sense of authority (Barney Fife). He is definitely responsible for the death of another human. Martin was a kid with a bad attitude and liked to get high. I know many bad attitude high school stoners I grew up with that are productive republican citizens now. Ultimately I have to put the majority of the blame on the adult who did not need a gun to be in the neighborhood WATCH (not shoot) and should have listened to the 911 dispatcher. Instead "he wasn't going to let him get away" and sure enough he was right. Race is not the issue. Stupidity is! We all racial profile to a degree but don't take it to the level that Zimmerman did. In the end, no one wins and the Martins will never see Travon again. The people who are looting and acting like idiots are doing the same thing Zimmerman did. Taking advantage of situation they have no business being involved with.

After looking at your post its obvious Martin was a dangerous CHILD and deserved to die (legally he was a child, just like legally its ok for an idiot like Zimmerman to own a gun and legally kill a child). Of course he did not deserve to die, very unfortunate. Many kids are killed every day, but the media ignores all those stories. Several Trayvons have been killed in Chicago alone during the time frame of the trial, it really is a sad American tragedy. Too bad the Left is using this event to keep America divided.

I can't speak for msnbc or Fox News. I am speaking to the people that are all worked up trying to defend Zimmermans actions. It made me sick to see thousands of blacks applauding the OJ verdict. But it makes me just as sick to know thousands of republicans gave each other high fives and fist pumps when the Zimmerman verdict was announced. The end result is a child (who legally was a minor) was killed and commited no crime. Zimmerman (Barney Fife) carried a gun to watch the neighborhood and killed a child. No matter what your impression of this child he didn't deserve to die. Republicans are more focused on justifying Zimmerman actions then focusing on justice. I don't think we need to retry Zimmerman or get street justice BS. I think the law needs to be changed so this doesn't happen to any child no matter the color of your skin. You can't defend stupid and there are a lot of people on the bucket taking a good crack at it. The link you posted with Martin smoking and holding a gun was your attempt to defend the stupid ass with the broken nose. I live in a mixed race neighborhood and I can guarantee you msnbc or fox isn't going to start a race war. People of one color not understanding or caring about the others struggles will be a more likely reason a race war will happen.
