No , he wasn't guilty of 2nd degree murder. To me, he should have stayed in his vehicle but he didn't, and he was attacked. If he had stayed in his vehicle, he probably wouldn't have. The "young man" who was then on suspension from school, had illegal drugs in his system, and in a gated community that he didn't live in, would still be alive.

Since when do those people pay attention to evidence and facts that are contrary to their position? Holder is too political to let this go quietly - I expect he'll do whatever he can to try to appease them.

I also expect those same groups putting pressure on the DOJ will provide resources for civil suit(s) to keep this thing alive and in hopes of getting a favorable decision for political purposes.

I have only found this video on Facebook and the media simply ignored it. Dare to watch the whole thing, please, it is disturbing and ugly.....and our gooberment wants to disarm us?
