Israel and Iran

Iran has made the statement that they want Israel wiped off the face of the earth and at the same time enriching uranium asserting it's for energy purposes. We (The US) are trying to get Israel to stand down and not attack just yet saying give the sanctions a chance to work. At the same time, Iran is basically saying that they will get behind anyone that wants to attack Israel AND that the sanctions will hurt others more than Iran.

My question is this...If someone said that they wanted you AND your family dead and at the same time was loading their shotgun, what would you do? Would you wait for them to actually attack you or would you go on the offense? I understand the US stance on this but Israel can't wait until a bomb is exploded on their soil before they act. On top of that, Israel cannot do it alone. They will need support from our Navy. If something isn't done soon about Iran, this is going to be a mess. Especially when you throw Russia and China in the mix. Am I wrong on this?

Even the by-product from enriched uranium is used for WMDs. Are you really going to trust Ahmadinejad with nuclear technology? I sure as hell wouldn't and I sure wouldn't if I was Israel especially after Ahmadinejad's comments toward Israel. I mean this guy doesn't even acknowledge the Holocaust. He has made the statements that Israel was created on a lie and the Holocaust was a myth just to put on a show. He is ruthless and there is nothing that I believe from him.
