Lewisville Force Select Softball

LBA Select Softball was founded in 2006 and currently has teams in 12U, 14U and 18U

14U Lewisville Force
12U Lewisville Danger Zone

LBA Select is looking for experienced coaches to start up new 10U, 12U and 14U Select Teams in 2010. These teams will play under the Lewisville Force name and practice out of the Lewisville Lake Park / Vista Ridge softball complexes.

We will consider existing teams who want to move over to our organization as long as they are willing to abide by our open try outs and competitive guidelines.

The 14U B team will supplement the Lewisville Force 14U A team and become a developmental opportunity for those players not ready for A and open competition.

The Lewisville Force 14U A team has a very solid core group of girls returning for the spring season. We will only carry 10 or 11 players and are looking for a second catcher to split time with our existing catcher and a big bat to add to our line up. Be prepared to play in state, regionals and national competition in 2010.

12U and 14U teams will participate in the LBA Select Softball League in the spring and fall in addition to playing two tournaments a month from March to December.

All teams will conduct open try outs in January 2010 for roster spots and hold open try outs twice a year in January and August. Teams are expected to show continued improvement and upgrade their rosters when possible.

This is a year around commitment so we are looking for players and coaches who are focused on Softball.
