I have a question over the Flex/DP. If you start a game with 10 players and you have a flex/dp and one of your other players gets injuries, can you fill her batting spot with the flex? What if it is late in the game and the flex has already batted?

Flex is tied to the DP and can only hit for her. Can play defense for anyone.

So, what do you do if you have no subs and a player (not flex/dp) gets hurt?

You have to take an out in the batting order.
