"I want to introduce to you a coach who will be joining our coaching staff on the Texas Storm Elite 16u. His name is Ronn Dixon. Ronn is the founder of the original Texas Storm. He started the Texas Storm in 1992. He coached his Storm teams until 2007. In 1994, Ronn's 10u team won the 10u ASA National Championship. His teams finished in the top ten in the nation many of those years. His teams qualified for ASA Nationals every year that he coached. In the eighties, Ronn was a professional baseball pitcher for the Seattle Mariners and the Cleveland Indians. Ronn has two daughters and a son. Both of his daughters played on Storm teams. His oldest, Lauren, played her college ball at University of Louisiana at Monroe. His youngest daughter is a Junior at Wichita State. Ronn, welcome back to the Storm!"

I saw this on eteamz and I would like to share what I found. It is nice to see Ronn Dixon get his due recognition. He has always been a very nice and dedicated coach!! GO RONN and GO TEXAS STORM ELITE 16U!!
