It might be time for TPS to stumble, after a weekend without playing.

1)98 Texas Sting --- back from injuries ready to compete

2)98 TPS ---- off for two weeks might interrupt the momentum

3)Lady Stros ---- depends on the road they have to travel

4) 98 Pearland Panthers ---- also depends on the road they have to travel

5)Spring Klein Impact 98 ---- not enough fire power for this field

6)98 Texas Rage ------ could get lucky in the draw and finish a lot higher if playing well

7)98 Texas Legendz ------ to many experienced teams they will have to face luck wont help with the draw

8) South Texas Ballistix---- don't know this team might be dark horse

9)99 Pearland Phantomz ------ have to take your hat off for this 99 team jumping in to the heat

10)Baytown Slam------- another unknown could make there mark at this one

I agree but with the top three being a toss up. I did see a posting showing TPS 98 playing up in 12U in the next couple weeks. It should be good for them and the competition.

Good idea, but they haven't convinced me they are going to dominate the field all year. I think they have started to peak earlier than the rest of the field and that could be trouble for them down the stretch. Very good idea playing up to keep the team grounded. There coach looks to be making some good moves for that team if they are playing up a few weeks to give them a look at the future. GOOD JOB JODY ! 8-)

Until proven otherwise I beleive TPS will take this tournament once again and if they do playing up the next few weeks will only get them better defensively..

There may not be top notch 12U competition but they will still get a different look of the game. It will also boost the girls confidence knowing some of the other girls are 1 or 2 years older than them. You do not want to put them in front of the top 5 12U teams their first time out, Jody has been to the BIG SHOW and knows what it will take to keep his team focused and together for the long run. Good luck to all the 10U teams this season

Jody is handling his business & he knows what they need & when they need it. He will have his hands full keeping his team going forward playing almost every weekend. They should do well this weekend, he has two pitchers that can throw from 40ft and there hitting wont be effected unless they run into a team that throws a lot of movement pitches. They are testing the waters in 12u, take your hat off to him. But he knows he has some teams in 10u that he will still have trouble with come state.
