Best Organization in Texas???

by CountryBumpkin » Thu Aug 22, 2013 9:57 am

For us our main goal is to get our daughter into college to play softball and with some sort of scholarship. For us any amount of money is good.
In our opinion to accomplish this goal being part of a good organization is a must. The problem is which organization? Our daughter is a 2017 and part of an organization, but is it the best? There are opportunities for her to change organizations but not sure if it is worth it.

What are the best organizations in Texas? What are the least effective ones? Why or why not? Experiences?
Enjoying this crazy ride.

Central Texas mostly. San Antonio/Austin. Although we are close enough to Houston to make that work as well.

In Central Texas the Bombers and Blaze both do well.

In Houston you should look at the following in no particular order:
Peppers (Burroughs Park)
Impact (Spring Klein)
Sudden Impact (SMGSL)
Aces Express (Sugarland)

These all have a good history of putting kids in colleges.

The founder of Eclipse joined forces with Magic and will coach together. With Ken and Rabbit together they should do good things. So I guess kids will have to decide whether they will travel north or South of Houston to get in a Quality program.

What do you all know about the Austin Stars? Do they put girls in college? They are a good team, but I am thinking long term. My daughter wants to get to college and play softball so that is my focus.
