Good for her! Let her enjoy it now because the boys will soon out grow her and leave her behind.
I can tell you that select baseball at that age is getting pretty serious and pretty costly. The boys and the paying parents won't let this last too much longer. I wish her the best but there is no future in baseball for girls. My oldest dd played baseball and was very successful for several years but the resentment towards her started pretty early. Dads don't like seeing their son getting his ass kicked by a girl.
If she is going to switch to softball it needs to be soon. The transition from baseball to softball is pretty difficult.

The Banditos have been a very good organization for many years now.

She throws 70. Wow. Somebody teach this kid to windmill. But do it quick, she only has about another year or two to be recruited.
