Top 10u teams in Tx

Well there are a lot of great teams out there, we will not know who the real deal is out there until nationals 2013. I got a chance to see 10u usfa nationals this past year and those teams were GREAT!!!! Teams that always do well at nationals are

Tx Glory 02 Strong pitching
Corona Angels

There are a few 10u teams I have not heard much about. I know the Stingers always have a strong team and there 10u team finished 2nd at nationals in 2012. I know they have a great player that hits for big power and pitches in the 50's playing on the 12u stingers gold team that is a 2002 player and will play with the 10u team for state and nationals. Got a chance to see her play at usfa nationals in the championship game last year and she was the real deal.

Texas glory blue has some super speed on there team, and can really play the small ball

lady stros have speed speed and more speed, good small ball team, they struggled hitting speed against glory. Good team saw lady stros play in asa state last year they used a 2nd year pitcher from another team to pitch for them. She threw in the 50's.

Who are the top 10u teams in TX in your opinion and why?

The best team I have seen in 10u is Vendetta out of Willis Tx. They have great defense and some excellent coaches. I could not believe the the appreciation between players and coaches. Awesome to see!!

We haven't seen them this year. Their 01 team was a great team. Lots of power and great pitching.

This team reminds me a lot of the Stingers 01 team. They have some serious power hitting the ball. I think they are more of a power hitting team than a small ball team. We (Lady Stros) did have trouble hitting off the speed of their pitching. This year is rough playing in tournaments. You go from the mid 30s to 50s in pitching speeds from team to team. We will be ready in the Spring for that speed

It will be a fun spring. Lots of talent in the Texas area. I wish we could just play teams like Glory, Aces, Dirt Divas, etc every weekend and not have to "waste" time on the B level teams in the tournaments. I wish there was a league were all the top Tx/La teams could play week after week. Rotate the site so everyone is happy. The girls would become much better.

If teams are willing to travel some from North Texas, central Texas, and South Texas to play we can play one day or two day friendlies. We can change locations weekly or monthly. Gametimes will be 80 to 90 mins. to get pitchers ready for nationals. I can get best teams in North Texas and fields. Just need a contact in the Houston area to get things rolling. Also, have a team from Oklahoma. Cost will be low on friendlies. Not about making money it is about playing the best to get ready for ASA Nationals!!!!!!!!

I know this is only a VTD ranking but I thought it was interesting. I guess a lot of teams dont play VTD tournaments.
