3rd Annual Houston Area High School All-Star Games

The Houston Power is once again sponsoring the 3rd Annual Houston Area High School All-Star Games for Houston area high school SENIORS. For the past two years, the games have been a huge success due to the effort and hard work of many of the coaches and parents within our organization.



Houston Power Gives Back:

We are pleased to announce that a portion of our proceeds from the first two years have been donated to The Houston Area Women’s Center. In October, the Houston Power presented the charity with a check for $4600.Plans are underway for this year’s game and the dates are as follows:

North vs West

Tuesday, June 12, 2012, 6:30

East vs South

Wednesday, June 13, 2012, 6:30

at the University of Houston.



The 4 teams have been selected from the nominations and the offers have been sent out. The acceptances to play in our all-star games are starting to come in!! We are honored to announce our 4 area coaches:

North Team Head Coach – Renee Bialas, Magnolia High School

West Team Head Coach – Bruce Beets, Jersey Village High School

East Team Head Coach – Karen Slack, Liberty High School

South Team Head Coach – Melvin Jenkins, Lamar High School
