I'd say the Power is probably the best 12u team in Houston. Cobras '00 are the best 00 team by far. But 12u is pretty weak this year, don't think any of the area teams will compete like TPS did in nationals last year.

The 99 Bombers are pretty strong.

99 Bombers & Austin Stars 99 are the best 12u teams in central Texas. The stars beat the houston power on their way to placing 2nd in Ronald McDonald.
