I voted for the last selection, I think that is "none of the above" 17 votes so far. These polls are silly.

perhaps Vype Magazine says they are the top players in the area. If you don't agree, then by all means start your own magazine and have your own poll.

It is no doubt a popularity contest. I received several texts asking me to vote for certain girls.
I think we should stick this vote into the vault when it is complete and re-visit it after the 2012 spring and summer season is over. We will then see how accurate this popularity vote is.
Of course, I know who I would vote for but she isn't on the list. She got to do something first just like most everybody else has already done to make the list. There are a few exceptions on that list though. Not sure how they got there.
Big fall ball tournament, round robin, this weekend in Sugarland. Can't wait to see how many of the girls have been working out and staying in shape. I hope nobody gets hurt.

Why do people always complain about these polls of young athletes. They are no different than voting for MLB All Stars, Pro Bowls, or Super Bowl MVP. I say kuddos to every kid on this list. I wish our local media would highlight more female athletes.

You do have to wonder where the list does come from though. There are girls not on this list that put up numbers last year that are better than the girls on this list. If last years stats are not used then what was? Stats are not everything, but since there is no one on this forum or no one at Vype that witnessed every game then what else can this be based on.
