16U State: Any Updates?

Does anybody have scores from 16U State? Any good stories to report such as upsets, surprise teams, dominant performances, etc? I read some chatter about the Elite/YG during the week: how'd they do?

Thanks for the link. The RR Blaze (Prinzo) team has to be considered a surprise, right? We'll see what they've got against the Sting. Don't know much about the Sting; but if they're from the Spring-Klein area, they've got to be pretty good. The Elite (YG) getting knocked out comes as a surprise to me. What happened?

I wouldn't call the RR Blaze (Prinzo) team a surprise. They are probably playing some of their best softball right now and are a very competitive confident young team. Well, I wish I had a answer for us getting knocked out in 5th place but no excuse's here in our camp. When you meet at the plate, the score is 0-0 and you have to play the game on the field and we didn't play our best this past weekend. A real bummer considering we play up alot and are very successful however didn't meet expectations in Wichita Falls. Here's how they finished and Good Luck to the top 3 in Kentucky!

3rd- Flames
4th- Reckless
5th-Texas Elite (YG)
5th- Austin Storm
