Lots of respect for Styx Myrick. Still, I heard the Blaze really took it to them in the C-ship last weekend. After the trophy ceremony, I'm told the coaches really ripped into those Styx players for a good long while. C'mon coaches, anybody can have an off-game. I understand the Blaze were off in the first game against the Styx, giving the Styx at least 2 unearned runs on some routine plays, which if those plays are made the Styx theoretically don't win; so it happens. (Of course, that's not to say the Styx wouldn't have won without those plays.) That's softball; sometimes the softball gods smile on you, sometimes they don't. So I agree; the Styx players deserve love. [cue music] Can you feel the love tonight? [end music playing] And BTW, YplayAwhenucanplayB, it wasn't the Styx 95 in the C-ship; it was the Styx second-year 14U team---Myrick. Get it straight.
